A. The JRTI systematically organizes its 53 years of educational and lecture know-how and research achievements to publish and revise textbooks.
B. Objectives

3. 3) Collection of materials used in lectures at law schools for use as learning contents at the Judicial Research and Training Institute
4. 4) Organization of judicial apprenticeship materials (simulated cases especially) for use as learning contents at the Judicial Research and Training Institute
5. 5) Reorganization of the Judicial Research and Training Institute Advanced Education Research Center
  1. A) Creation of a system for comprehensive support and management of publication, distribution, and registration of research achievements

1. A) Collection, organization, and database management of publications produced by the Judicial Research and Training Institute

Production and Publication of Practical Handbooks

A. Objectives
1. 1) Production and distribution of practical guidelines such as the Compendium of Court Procedures and the Manual for Trial Practice, compiled to accurately reflect revised laws, precedents, trial rules, practical precedents, and other information to enable efficiency and consistency of court processes
  1. A) Incorporation of judicial training elements into practical guides, where the writers present the first draft of practical guides for discussion with fellow judges so as to gather the judges’ expertise and collective intelligence
