1) Support of law school students with acquiring basic practical judicial capacity to work as judicial professionals after graduation, fulfilling the role of the Judicial Research and Training Institute as Korea’s sole entity entrusted with the development of judicial professionals

2. B) Intensive Course
  1. (1) Session 1: January 6-17, 2025 (18 courts except for the Seoul Central District Court, 29 students)

1) Law school students receive lectures from Judicial Research and Training Institute professors based on case studies, designed to help them adapt to practical duties and prepare for the law clerk examination. Students practice producing written materials based on records as a way of preparing to work as law clerks.

1. (1) 125 teams from the 23 law schools nationwide participated in the preliminaries. → 32 teams from the 21 law schools (16 teams of each criminal and civil cases) competed in the semi-finals. → 8 teams from the 7 law schools (4 teams of each criminal and civil cases) competed in the final.
