On 1 May 2025 (Thu), a high-level delegation from the Egyptian judiciary, including Vice President of the Court of Cassation—Egypt’s highest court—Mr. Sherif Ali El Shetany, as well as the Deputy Director of the International Affairs Department (Judge), visited the Judicial Research and Training Institute (JRTI). The visit was aimed at gaining insight into the digital transformation of the judicial system of Korea and understanding the training framework for judges administered by JRTI. During the visit, Mr. Sherif Ali El Shetany and other members of the delegation held a meeting with the President of JRTI, where the delegation engaged in detailed discussions on the curriculum and methodology of judicial education. The representatives of the delegation also toured the facilities of JRTI. At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed sincere appreciation for the warm hospitality extended by JRTI.
